“It’s difficult for anyone outside of China to understand how innovative China became… and how interlinked German companies are with Chinese companies here,” said Maximilian Butek, executive director and board member of the German Chamber of Commerce in China-East China.
“For the world, continuous decoupling would be one of the biggest risks… for a company, it’s a huge risk not being in China,” he said.
